I would like to see the term ‘manspreader’ in the official report as well.

White Hispanic and black Hispanic are legitimate terms. White means mostly European blood (most Latin Americans, except for the poorest, who have a lot of Indian blood), while black Hispanic refers to people from Spanish speaking countries who have a lot of African ancestry.
Many Dominicans, Cubans, Venezuelans and other people from the Caribbean area fall into this category. Not all of them, however. Castro stoked the black Cubans to follow him, because they were supposedly discriminated against; however, their situation is much worse now, and there are almost no black Cubans in visible positions.
I’m going to need like a liberal decoder ring just to understand what they are even talking about.
Labeling someone who is the villain of a story White fits into the racist narrative that the Fake News Media loves to promote.
