I’ve read several accounts of the event, and a description of this Weier girl. She is a 5-star nutcase, and probably needs an enclosed facility with a fence. I don’t think she should ever be released to the general public, and I would question even allowing her around other facility members.

If she’s ever released....she’ll repeat the action again. She could flip at a moment’s notice.

Maybe she could have a prison/mental institution conversion to you-know-what.

Then the next time she does it, the authorities will be totally stumped as to motive...

From your post, I would have to surmise you're more familiar with the case than am I. I only remember when the killings happened, and googling a little bit to see what was up with this, "slender man" phenomena.

No doubt the little monster is mentally ill, but I can't help but think there were demonic forces at work here; in my mind, spiritual health and mental health are very closely intertwined, and just as drug addiction and alcoholism can leave one weakened to demonic intervention, I would have to thin the forces of evil would be willing to exploit mental (or physical) weaknesses as well. In our nihilist culture, we leave a vacuum of the type that nature abhors, and even if this "slender man" was a complete invention of this girl's imagination, I could easily a dark spirit willing to step in and make it a little more real. Just my $0.02.
