That’s right! A money dispute. Pentangeli was good though. The loss of Clemeza wasn’t nearly as bad as the loss of Tom Hagan in “3”.
George Hamilton? Yeah.

There is a version that consists of 1 & 2 with deleted scenes. I think it’s called “The Godfather Epic”.

“The most heartbreaking scene in the 3rd was the one with Michael mimicking the death scene of his father, but this time, there were no grandchildren.”
Only dogs. Sad.

They already have that in the Godfather Saga. You can’t get it on DVD, for some reason Coppola did not want do it. But go to Ebay and you can fund it on VHS, I bought one a few weeks ago. I love it because Coppola put a lot of stuff back in he left out, Makes more sense.
What I would like is all three on DVD in chronological order with everything he left out originally.

I think it as HBO or Showtime was airing the combined three in chronological order last year. They also included several scenes that were cut out of the original theatrical versions.

Another screen mobster passed away today, Frank Vincent. Sopranos, Goodfellas, Casino. He and Joe Pesci seemed to be taking turns killing each other in the movies.

The actor who played Willie Cicci dies after falling in a shower. The actor who played Al Neri gets runs over by a tourist bus in New York City. And now this.
And Luca Brasi sleeps with the fishes ...
The list of Corleonecides just gets longer and longer ...
