Could have would have. Many down there are questioning the report that it was a cat 5. Sorry.

Well when winds reach a certain speed, then it's a Cat 5.

They can *question* it all they want, but they cannot change the facts.

My son, who is a corpsman delivering supplies and relocating people in the eastern Caribbean, doesn’t question that Irma was a Cat 5. I know many outsiders would have preferred to see more destruction and death in Florida, but I thank God that the storm diminished so quickly.

Armchair quarterbacks are a dime a dozen, but this storm was one for the history books. It’s still affecting both coasts of Florida and other Atlantic states.
