Trump is not in charge of Congress, so he's not Ryan's boss. Ryan has his agenda, Trump has his.

Rather than focusing on what Ryan is or is not doing, focus on why he is doing what he is. Same with old Mitch. And then focus on why they are still the leaders of their respective chambers.

Exactly! The GOP has NO reason to be appalled that Trump worked a deal without him. They have proven they are not willing to do anything...and will not back him. Besides, weren’t they asking for 18 months? Sheesh.
