The Chinese gave them the rocket technology and telemetry (thanks to Clinton with our technology)which is the delivery system.
And our Congress, which can't even eliminate an unConstitutional health care system, is too busy looking for a "Russian connection", where there isn't one,
all the while the Awan Brothers Cartel still has access to National Intelligence and National Security through all the Democratic representatives.
And yet ,you wonder who the SOB's are ?
It is the media and the press who refuse to admit that "the hack" was an inside job, done by an IT "Trojan Horse" which is totally being ignored,..and is still active.
The only investigation being conducted is being done by the Keystone Cops of D.C., who don't have the capacity to conduct such an investigation,
with a prosecutor who is related to the seditionist who brought the Trojan into information /intelligence of government (and are still there).
