It seems like if the cop had any guts at all he would have just walked in and drawn the blood. Nobody would have physically stopped him. Instead he attacked an innocent female. 100% Gutless.

Maybe he didn’t do it because that might have broken even more laws. He wanted the nurse to break the law.

The hospital’s security is the University of Utah’s campus police. In a sane world, the campus police would have stepped in an arrested him. For trespass, at a minimum.
