Good movie. Some good shooting, pretty accurate.
Jeremy Renner is great, if you are a fan
Saw the trailer a while back, and put it in my saved DVD queue on Netflix.
The trailer looks good. I recognized Graham Greene and I like him a lot.
Enjoyed as well. Renner plays a professional hunter who loads his own ammo among other things - usually protects against animal predators but has to go after some of the two-legged kind—good stuff.
Good to know. It’s on my list
Hey I live on the Wind River in Riverton Wyoming! Haven’t seen the movy, but its not as windy as the name suggests here!
My girlfriend and I saw it today - was really good.
Agree, sad but good movie.
45-70 wasn’t it? and i thought that was a 454 Casull.
not the rifle i would pick for long range sniping like he does. but still a good movie. they got the bullet arrival part right thats for sure
Never been to Wyoming myself. I was born and raised in Rochester, NY. Live in Central NY now.
Very good movie! Enjoyed. Good acting, story, cinematography and academy award level editing
good movie. the movie suggests it can get very cold in winter at the higher elevations. both the murder victim and the bad guy die of cold.

I bet you go to see movies twice so you can talk out loud about what is going to happen next...
Never go to movies twice. But you’re right. I should have included *spoiler alert* with my comment.
Was meant in fun!

Kinda bombed at the box office. I may give it a shot if it makes it to HBO.
“both the murder victim and the bad guy die of cold.”
Dude, you needed a spoiler alert on this remark!
intersting. i wonder why it bombed. certainly as good an outing as many others in release.
at least in our area it was showing in a small art theatre.

All I know about the area is what I saw when I was there in June. The gap is neat, the river is awesome, the area around the reservoir is flat and Shoshoni is a carcass of a town.
I made a short aerial flight of it, here:
Old Yeller dies in the end too, but you didn’t hear it from me.
