The coordination is enabled by two generations of Pavlovian like conditioning of the youth to believe that everyone is interchangeable; that the "evil," is in allowing people to distinguish themselves from the mob; that there is moral equivalency between the fantasy seekers, who deny all historic experience, natural law, traditional ethical precepts & above all "common sense", and all who seek to find actual truth in either past experience, theological or philosophic pursuits, or the application of scientific method

In this conditioning process, those who argue from a logical basis are despised as (fill in the blanks depending on the issues). The more compelling the argument against the required group think, the more despicable the one making that argument appears to the robotized product of that conditioning.
