Liberals are different. I, for instance, take care to protect my friends’ privacy, and don’t “use” their images for personal benefit. The recent selling of (George Michael’s friend’s tape of faggy talking to Princess Diana?) or whatever was very obviously, to me, a show of depraved disloyalty and fame worship which is absolutely in keeping with the “milieu.”

I grew up in the 1950’s. The old paradigm was that my parents were country club republicans and our neighbors were democrats, also known as the working man.
Today, that wealth and ideological paradigm has absolutely flipped over. Strange times.

I’m quite sure they’re all true blue friends of Geffen who would still be there for him if he lost it all and became a nobody. :-)
