Social Security Disability unfortunately is a way of life for all too many in Appalachia. No mention of going after the fraudulent claimants.

INSANITY...

“Though Daugherty is going to prison, the Justice Department argued he should be allowed to keep collecting his pension in order to support his wife.”

Now if he had only been a certain favored minority from, say, California or Florida, he would have a great future running for congress.

Can't find anything about Judge Daugherty' party affiliation.

Any ideas, anyone?

A kid who would’ve been in my high school class (he dropped out in the 9th grade) stepped off the fender of his dad’s D-7 dozer back in ‘63, claiming he hurt his back.
He’s been on federal assistance since then...

The Trump administrations MUST make an example out of this case and remove his pension allowance to his wife.

EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER THE LAW

We would not have been afforded that opportunity.

Interesting:

Whenever we hear of judges in the normal course of their jobs, we ALWAYS see them in robes. Very, very dignified. They really, REALLY want you to see them that way.

After a conviction..?

NOWHERE will you find a photo of them in their black robes.

GONE are all those dozens, even hundreds, of photos.

Gosh, I wonder why THAT is.

Four years seems kinda light for this scumbag

In Ancient Rome public officials convicted of corruption were were sewn into a bag with a wild animal, like a bobcat. Then thrown into the Tiber river. We should bring that back
