Why ds he get to keep his federal pension? He broke the law and disqualify him. He get’s his SS as does his wife. Those funds can go to his wife. That’s it. The pension and other money gained from his criminal activities go back to the government.
Do I care if his wife pushing a shopping cart around Florida streets? No.

The SS were the Nazi's special police force, so that would make the judge a Democrat.
