The dozer doesn’t have any type of identifying numbers on it that can be traced?

(You can't always get what you want but if you try sometime you might find, you get what you need.)

"The dozer doesnt have any type of identifying numbers on it that can be traced?" Not much of a help. It's easy to start a bulldozer and one could have been parked nearby. Even if the bulldozer has a functioning key-type ignition switch, it is simple to bypass. I grew up in a rural area and we kids, 9 and 10 years old, used to take bulldozers for a "spin" every now and then, LOL

They all have Serial Numbers. Might even have a decal on it from some construction company, or SC DOT. They can trace it IF they WANT to.

The question isn’t who it belongs to or where it came from. The question is who put it on the tracks.
