And yet a walking, breathing homegrown American terrorist named Bill Ayers is walking around with a pocketful of money, still preaching terror and hate.

We have statues of good people being torn down. So how does a walking, breathing horrible LIVING person get a free "get out of jail" card?

Martin Luther King surrounded himself with communists from the beginning of his career...In 1960, Dr. King hired Hunter Pitts O’Dell, a communist official to work at SCLC.

"Protesters gathered in New York's Central Park on Saturday to demand the removal of a statue of a 19th century doctor who conducted experiments on African American women slaves."

They should replace it with a statue more palatable to the left, Margaret Sanger.

Any monuments and statues honoring LBJ and Harry Truman should be taken down too. If you read David McCullough’s book on Truman and Robert Caro’s books on LBJ neither man was shy about using the N word. This is so ridiculous now.

We don’t even need to mock these people. They lampoon themselves. This story is not as good as the racist USC Trojan horse story, though.

In Philadelphia, the statue of Rocky Balboa that was used in “Rocky III” is on display outside of the Art Museum. I’m wondering when they’ll demand that this staue be removed? After all, Rocky Balboa was a white guy who beat up a couple of black guys named Apollo Creed and Clubber Lang.

Yes, but how many Sims are demanding its removal?

(Seriously? The father of gynecology is named Sims? There are some video-game makers laughing their asses off.)

The medical ethics of Dr J Marion Sims: a fresh look at the historical record

J Med Ethics. 2006 Jun; 32(6): 346–350.

Abstract
Vesicovaginal fistula was a catastrophic complication of childbirth among 19th century American women. The first consistently successful operation for this condition was developed by Dr J Marion Sims, an Alabama surgeon who carried out a series of experimental operations on black slave women between 1845 and 1849. Numerous modern authors have attacked Sims's medical ethics, arguing that he manipulated the institution of slavery to perform ethically unacceptable human experiments on powerless, unconsenting women. This article reviews these allegations using primary historical source material and concludes that the charges that have been made against Sims are largely without merit. Sims's modern critics have discounted the enormous suffering experienced by fistula victims, have ignored the controversies that surrounded the introduction of anaesthesia into surgical practice in the middle of the 19th century, and have consistently misrepresented the historical record in their attacks on Sims. Although enslaved African American women certainly represented a “vulnerable population” in the 19th century American South, the evidence suggests that Sims's original patients were willing participants in his surgical attempts to cure their affliction—a condition for which no other viable therapy existed at that time.

------------
One would hope that the demonstrators had read up on the medical history of vesicovaginal fistula before rushing out to tear down a statue, but we know that is very very unlikely.

The Khmer Rouge didn’t like people who wore glasses.

American antifa don’t like gyno statues.

I can’t see how this is really all that different.

These protests demonstrate just how easily the Left can manipulate the susceptible in our midst to make total fools of themselves. So the good Doctor owned slaves. So virtually every famous European monarch--both good or bad--or other famous land owner, from the Fall of Rome until the original European settlements in America, owned slaves (called "serfs," in the feudal system. And those "serfs" did not have the legal protections afforded their American equivalents in all but one American State.

Soros' activists are giving a chilling exhibition of their ability to manipulate the susceptible.

Understand the way the Left promotes all that is base, while pretending a faux virtue: Lies Of Socialism

The bigger sinister goal, beyond dividing us now, is of course to erase history so the US and its Constitution can be taught as hopelessly evil and backward, needing to be replaced.

But another sad side effect is the increased uglification of our public spaces (also long a leftist goal), as no modern sculptures come close to the elevation and grandeur of our traditional representations.
