We’ve all had the urge to lash out about someone we think is terribly inconsiderate, whether we actually do it or let it slide for whatever reasons.
Sometimes though, we don’t have an opportunity to be face with those we are upset with, for instance when our car is blocked by a badly parked truck requiring painful ant time-wasting vehicle maneuvering. This rage motivates many to prepare their angry letters beforehand, or improvise on the spot.

I once saw a young twenty something jog across from a store and start to get in his car parked in a handicapped space...
I told him that was for PHYSICALLY handicapped...not MENTALLY handicapped...
He said, “Uhh...Oh...I have back problems.....”
I said, “Yeah...I could tell from your jogging...”
Buddy of mine had a brother-in-law that owned a tow truck. City ordnance allowed tow truck operators who were licensed in the city to tow cars that were illegally parked in handicap spots. All that was required was a photo of the violation. The brother-in-law would give my buddy a $20 for calling in a violation to him. For a while there, it became a game of “find the illegally parked cars”
Wow, I have to call in a cruiser to call for the hook. The city doesn’t even let us carry Pepper Spray for Enforcement.

Wow, are you in a liberal hot spot? I know some cities are even training volunteer traffic enforcement who are allowed to write citations.
Saw that technique last year , also by a big new pickup, in a full parking lot, at night, during a high school wrestling tournament in the midst of a Minnesota winter. Unbelievably selfish.
I still see some Hillary and Obama/Biden bumper stickers in parking lots. It is at those times I wish had something to write on to leave a little note. You know...something about village idiots.
I had one asshole park so close i had to crawl in my passenger window.

I like it. Would also work for Hillary stickers, “Coexist” stickers, etc.
Somebody parked so close to my Winnebago I couldn’t get to the door. I went in the Starbucks and called out, “does anybody here own a bright orange car, you’re parked so close I can’t get in.” Some woman replied, “oh, sorry, I just wanted to park in the shade.”
