This jury selection is hilarious.

Martin Shkreli, an investor and hedge fund founder faced eight counts of securities and wire fraud. He's also the guy who raised the price of the EpiPen although he was not on trial for this. More than two hundred potential jurors were excused from the trial.

A Brooklyn jury found Shkreli guilty on two counts of securities fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, and not guilty on five other counts.

That number is not low, particularly in his case.

Change of Venue might be in order. Someplace far from that area, like northern Siberia, maybe.
