The japing of our monuments are acts of moral bankruptcy. It is not only Muslim fundamentalists who destroy cultural icons. Hate filled leftists oppose our very history.
We lose our heritage to these insane zealots. They are the minions of Satan. They break down what we have spent our blood, our tears and our fortunes building up.
They tell me my ancestors are not worthy of respect. Those who hated my family 200 years ago still hate us today. They judge us by their own hatred, not by our love and honor.
The ugly zealotry of revisionists reject truth for hate filled opinion. History is not a blank canvas upon which we paint our Utopian vision. It is a tapestry of good and bad, failure and victory, which defines who we are. When we deny the sin in our history we cut off our nose and lose the ability to smell the stink of our own rancid actions.
The fools who deem their desecrations morally imperative have no inkling of the horrors they unlease. Their own precious icons will be next on the chopping block. One cannot erase history and denegrate ancient heroes without consequence. The price for these atrocities is to repeat them endlessly.
There are no monuments erected with pride in our nation dedicated to the anarchy and violence of evil men. Is this why these monument rapists seek to destroy what we hold dear? Do they want a monument celebrating their ugly tirades? Let us give them one. Let us build a tribute to the insanity and malice of leftists everywhere.
Let it be prominently displayed where all can see the ignorance and meanness of spirit our very own political left, atheists, and baby killers have bestowed upon us. Let their true nature be so vividly portrayed that no one will misunderstand, these are the truly evil among us.
Just a wild guess, but I’d say America is under attack.

I got a chuckle this morning at 4chan. Some Australian poster commented that he admired the courage of those “Southern Yanks”. A southern boy posted back that he thanked the Aussie for the support but took issue with being called “A Yank”. The Aussie snapped right back, “If you didn’t want to be called Yanks maybe you should have fought a little harder!”
Actually yeah. One of my family is buried at Gettysburg. The country he died for is completely gone now.
The radical Left is the same ilk who created and funded the Bolshevik Revolution and MANY others, causing 10s of millions of deaths in the last century. Anything they don’t agree with, they destroy. Just like radical Islam.

Oh, I thought it was going to be about the japping of our monuments - back in WWII when FDR threw Japanese citizens of this country into concentration camps - no matter what else that man stood for, and whatever good he might have done - his name should be removed from every school and street, his statue from every city park for the evil he did in that act of naked racism and bigotry.....
As I understand it, he not only put them in prison camp. He dispossessed them of any real estate or personal property they owned. After the war, when they were released, they had nothing, and started over from scratch. Has anyone ever heard THEM whining for reparations?
Wilshire Blvd had been full of Japanese businesses prior to WWII.

From the best I can tell, the monuments that have been taken down belong to the the cities where they were erected.
For example, the people of New Orleans erected the statue of Robert E Lee and they removed that statue.
It belonged to them.
It was their property.
But a specific cake by a Christian baker does not belong to that private citizen in today’s All-Left, No-Right public sphere.
I loathe the way cookie-cutter conservatives pretend that individual liberty and free market forces are controlling these predetermined communist outcomes.
If any incorporated city tried to remove something named after MLK (citing, for instance, that he was a plagiarist and an adulterer) it would be stopped - by external law and force - and people like you would just shrug and move along, undeterred by the obvious selective allowance for autonomous local ownership.
