In reality the truth has nothing to do with it. Trump has nothing but enemies in Washington. The RAT party, the Repub party, the media, the deep state, the shallow state, the Mueller gang, the entire kleptocracy establishment. Trump threatens the status quo and they want him out, all of them. Trump needs to avoid controversy and get his agenda done. His enemies on both sides see this story as damaging to him and there is nothing to be gained by keeping it alive. It doesnt matter if he is right or wrong, drop it and move on. Its like the old saying “when you are in a hole, stop digging”.
This sounds like the position of the Stupid Party that is afraid to fight back or defend the truth. It is why they are losers. I hope Trump holds firm and that the Sessions investigation provides the facts. Refusing to fight and leaving the field is an act of cowardice. Trump's supporters, including me, will stand by him.
Antifa and BLM must be exposed for the brown shirts that they are.
