1. "Counter violence" suggests that the planned event is itself violent.

2. We cannot allow free speech to be censored by the threat of violence. The police need to arrest anyone who threatens to shut down - or who actually tries to shut down - an event that is conducted under a legal permit or for which no permit was necessary.

Confederate monuments are just a convenient target - the people who want statues of Jefferson Davis torn down also want statues of George Washington torn down, they just can't (yet) get away with that. That's why it's so disgusting to see some conservative Republicans join the Left in the anti-Confederate hatefest. And since actual Nazis and Klansmen probably number in the low triple digits nation-wide, fighting them that isn't what the BLM/Antifa agenda is about either.

Their real agenda is racial hatred towards whites and a hatred for Western culture. There are plenty of white people and aspects of Western culture for them to defile all over the country, so why not pick Boston?

This may have been planned as a Free Speech Rally but it didn’t end up that way.

Because if push comes to shove, GOP establishmentarians and globalists will side with the liberal elite against the national interest - they've done so repeatedly on issues like immigration. The people you (parroting the Left's pet phrases) label "troglodytes" at least aren't going to sell this country out from under us. I'd rather be on the side of Gavin McInnes or the dreaded American Renaissance types than on the side of Jeb Bush and John McCain, because Bush and McCain are on the same side of this fight as Hillary Clinton and Chuck Schumer.
