I didn’t see that angle before. So the dodge drove into the back of another car and that other car is what plowed into people.

Look at the video again. There's a person (woman I think) clearly hit and thrown OVER the white car and bouncing off its windshield and landing on the white car's hood after being hit by the Dodge Charger at high speed. I think she was unlikely to have survived that impact. She looked like a rag doll.

The white convertible moved only a few feet before rear-ending an SUV and may have pinned some people between them.
