They don’t fake anything in Cal. They have driver licenses and just walk around with their hands out.
The illegals are not getting the money directly. They are payees for their American born children. I know. I was an eligibility worker for our county welfare department which functioned via state guidelines. I worked in food stamps and then MediCal.
This amount tells you how many kids they have spit out that they can’t take care of on our soil.
