My cat: He will yawn, stretch, then stand up. After about 10 seconds, he will lick himself somewhere, followed by scratching. Then he will lay back down and think about taking a nap.
1 p.m. is his least “awake” time of day.
Same as our cats. “No big deal. My life-— my way!”
