I get that, but sometimes a bad movie is just a bad movie, regardless of its political bent. I’m not saying this particular one is bad, but I’ve noticed a trend: when both the pros AND the amateurs agree that a movie is a dog, and then I watch it, I realize I should have paid attention to what they said.

They hated Star Wars, too. I don’t let others tell me which movies are good. They are rarely correct.

I loved Idiocracy, but it was a look into the mirror so it got terrible reviews by everyone in the movie industry.
