Only problem I see is people whining about behavior that has no effect on them. Don’t like tattoos? Don’t get them. Very simple.
They don’t like actually SEEING them. Sort of like they don’t appreciate having to look at those of a lower station in life....or Blacks.
I'll go farther:
Don't like tattoos? Don't allow your children to associate with any person possessing them.
Don't your self associate with tattoo'd people.
Don't allow them into your home.
Do not hire them for any reason.
