What might work better would be to sell devices that emit the same sort of wavelength to break down tattoo ink but can be put on the skin for several hours each night as someone sleeps.

I've recently been studying Rife frequency generation technology. Lots of Freepers are probably aware of the work of Dr Rife in the 20s and 30s. He pioneered the use of directed, amplified frequencies to occilate cancer cells to death, thus effecting and documenting cured cancer in 16 terminally ill patients.

Anyway, it turns out you van break down any molecule if you know its native rate of vibration. Match that frequency and direct it at the target, and it will shatter it the same way an opera singer shatters a crystal glass.

So yeah, I see no reason why it couldn't be done.
