Mr. Bolling recalls no such inappropriate communications, does not believe he sent any such communications and will vigorously pursue his legal remedies for any false and defamatory accusations that are made, he told HuffPost. I agree with you about the odd wording. "Does not believe" makes it sound like he has sent pictures before but doesn't recall sending it to them.
I hope that this isn't true, though. I like Eric Bolling on Fox, so it would be a shame if he did this.

It’s very odd and lawyerly wording. I have not the slightest trouble, for my own case, truthfully saying “never, ever, not to anyone, ever, never even considered it etc.” and I am mystified at how a guy could give such a vague “non-denial denial” unless he has actually been in the practice of sending some such photos, sometime.
