Security footage from a local nightclub and a college dormitory has cleared a University of California student of rape.
Arman Premjee, 20, was accused of sexually assaulting a 19-year-old fellow student in her dorm room after meeting at Banditos Taco & Tequila in Los Angeles on April 1.
However, the security footage showed her kissing Premjee, leading him out of the nightclub and making obscene sexual gestures.

Only video of what happened in the dorm room could be dispositive.
This was in the article:
“The woman told detectives when questioned that she didn’t remember anything from that night.”
Why does it matter if she is intoxicated? If the guy was drunk to the point of falling down and puking and drugged to boot, he would still be responsible for the situation, and could be charged with rape, and would also be stuck paying child support for life if the chick “chose” to keep the kid even if he was so intoxicated (and her sober) that he passed out during the act and has no recollection of it.
In this day and age why are we still hiding the identity of the women. How is that constitutional. If he murdered her we would know her name. If he beat her we would know her name. But if she accuses him of rape she is protected. That is clearly assumed guilt. And she is assumed innocent. We should be long past the time where women are protected from the stain of being raped. Especially when they are false accusers.
Anyway you slice it, Arman Premjee is guilty of thinking with his dick. Accept any circumstances in order to get laid, expect trouble.
A real man would walk away after she was at home and safe.
Interesting how they show the face of the victim -ie in this case the male falsely accused of a horrible crime - but they black out the face of the guilty one - the woman who lied and tried to ruin the guy’s life.
Imagine if the gender roles were reversed. Does anyone think they would show the victim’s face if the victim were a woman?
It’s quite possible to get drunk, speak more or less normally, walk, etc. Then you go to sleep and recall almost nothing, because the alcohol prevents retention of short term memory.
This guy could still be expelled for the university.
Two drunk college kids have sex. The man is guilty of rape.
This is the Title IX insanity the Obama administration inflicted on colleges around the country due to the manufactured “rape crisis” on college campuses.

Had he been a Democrat he’d be held up a one of the greatest presidents of the 20th Century. Media wouldn’t have touched him and Watergate never would have happened.
