In the six months since they were barred from the House computer networks all but one of the Awan gang have fled the country. The one remaining, Imran Awan, was apprehended at the airport while fleeing the country.
Within hours he had retained a Clinton Foundation lawyer and was released with an ankle monitor.

During the Presidential campaign in 2016, when Hillary asked a reporter "do you mean wipe it with a cloth?" after being asked about a server, you realized instantly that she knew absolutely nothing about information technology that was a part of the daily lives of literally hundreds of millions of Americans. We don't need a President who is a techie, but we certainly didn't need a President who was completely oblivious to ubiquitous information technology which drives a good deal of our economy.
I think everyone assumes that the Wikileaks dump of DNC e-mails was accomplished by spear phishing through John Podesta, presumably accomplished by some Russian hackers. But, is is possible that the DNC was penetrated through the obvious Awan threat, via Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who would have had high level integration into all the other relevant parties while she was at the DNC?
How about this, the spies had access to everyone’s e-mail and probably thier home and shared Directories. They gave the info gathered on the GOP and shared it with the Rats. Think about that.

She was just trying to be a smart-ass with that remark. The video of the incident shows she was being sarcastic. The tip-off to her ignorance came earlier, when the existance of her private server first came to light. When asked about her "unsecured" server, she explained that it was quite secure as it was on her NY property which itself was surounded by Secret Service officers.
The DNC hired the Awans *because* they were known to be hostile spies for the jihadiscum, in the same way that Obama put Muslim Brotherhood on his cabinet *because* that gave Obama direct links to facilitate aiding and abetting an active enemy at war against us.
No part of this was accidental, fumbling or due to carelessness.

Imran Awan and his two brothers, Jamal and Abid, Imran's wife and a friend, Rao Abbas, are at the center of an investigation that deals with, among other things, allegations of illegal access. They have been barred from the House of Representatives network as of February 17.
UPDATE---Imran was recently arrested, then released. All the other IT clansmen have absconded to the Mideast.

That should have been the Sunday headlines on all newspapers across the nation.
Yes, there was evidence in spades that she was clueless, and it was throughout the campaign. I think of the number of people throughout out the working populations of the US, not even IT workers, who have routine familiarity with networks and computer nomenclature is huge, and it was that population that listened to Hillary’s ignorance, and said “not a good idea”.
The other message she was sending out broadly, but not fully recognizing the impact of, was the campaign slogan “Stronger Together”. This would typically be seen on the lectern she was speaking behind. Of course you also got to see her coughing bouts, and other signs of physical weakness, displayed with “Stronger Together” signs, and I think that created a low level dissonance that impacted many voters.
