Melania Trump is approaching her 200th day as First Lady (its on Monday, August 7 to be precise), and in her short time at the White House, one that has been plagued by turmoil and scandal, she has redefined the politics of fashion. She laid the foundation with a classic, Camelot-inspired aesthetic on Inauguration Day, working with Ralph Lauren to create a powder blue jacket and coordinating dress that garnered comparisons to Jackie Kennedys Inauguration outfit by Oleg Cassini.
In codesigning her Inaugural Ball gown with dresser-in-chief Hervé Pierre, Trump seemed to be following Kennedys lead againshe often worked with designer Oleg Cassini on her wardrobe.(snip)
However, Jackie Kennedy isnt the only First Lady who Trump has looked to for inspiration. Trumps conservative, yet opulent approach to dressing mimics that of Nancy Reagan. Like Reagan, Trump has favored strongly tailored pieces in what is known as Nancy Red and she has gravitated towards traditional silhouettes, including the coatdress (Alice Roi and The Row), militaristic suiting (Altuzarra, Karl Lagerfeld, and Michael Kors), and fit-and-flare (Delpozo, Jil Sander, Mary Katrantzou, Simone Rocha) dresses and sheaths (Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino) all familiar to the Fancy Nancy years in the White House. The First Lady has made her brand loyalties clear as well, finding a fan and friend in Stefano Gabbana, whose fanciful floral confections made headlines during the G20 for their extravagant look and cost.(snip)
Where her predecessor Michelle Obama was a savvy and sophisticated shopper, often incorporating price-conscious pieces from brands such as J.Crew and Converse into her daily wardrobe, Trump has stuck to luxury fashion across the board. Even her off-duty wardrobe is filled with high-end designer brands of the most opulent kind,

That’s right. Jealous that a woman is acting feminine and puts family over politics and even work.
Through her own quiet example, Melania is liberating women — and men — from the insanity of the feminazi and SJW agenda.
In the Catholic world, she is even leading Pope Frankie as a global example of someone who is kind and loves children.
She’s also teaching Europe that it needs to reclaim their own fine heritage of “viva la difference”.
I always thought it was upholstery or drapes. Stick a drapery rod through the sleeves and she could have been hung in a window (ie. Carol Burnett/Scarlett O’Hara) Darn, the word hung was used - Sarah, move over they’ll be a’coming for me next. We go shopping together next time in town - the transformed TARGET store.
Melania is truly an amazing person.
Indeed. They are all green with envy.
Ivanka reminds me of Princess Diana, as far as sense of style and fashion.

Flounder eyes!!! Still laughing!!!
In the Catholic world, most of us think our pope is a heretic
VOGUE, do an honest piece on any named TRUMP? Only when Hades freezes over.
Only yesterday, read according to “Won”, we disliked “Won” only due to her skin color. So, Our current First Lady, being a white Christian, shouldn’t have that problem. She has compassion and soul as well as elegance and class. We are a blessed nation.
Compared to the rather angry, shelf ass ugly mooch?

Yes, and take a look at that trim waistline! Moochelle’s waist was that size in kindergarten.
Well I knew any Vogue article would be a bit snarky, but that’s a great slide show! It’s really dizzying the volume of incredible outfits she has worn.
Heck - each one of her thighs is bigger than that photo-shopped waistline!
It's almost im[possible to pick a favorite as she is absolutely stunning in just about everything.
But the pink floral dress 1s a standout.
NO Comparison! :)
