All these votes that are just one vote away from success are total BS.
They are all against it. Some were allowed to vote no. Just enough to cause it to fail. Those people are in relatively safe seats. The ones who voted yes are also against it, but they voted yes in order to maintain the ruse that change is just out of reach.
Change is not within reach at all. The whole damn Swamp has to go.
I agree with you in principle.
But unless the blue states have a bunch of conservative voters that we don’t about, enough conservatives to nullify predictable Democratic ballot box stuffing, then I don’t see a completely new Trump-supporting Congress as possible.
In fact, the constitutional 6 year terms for senators means that up to 2/3 of incumbent Democratic and RINO senators are protected in a given election year.
