I agree with you in principle.
But unless the blue states have a bunch of conservative voters that we don’t about, enough conservatives to nullify predictable Democratic ballot box stuffing, then I don’t see a completely new Trump-supporting Congress as possible.
In fact, the constitutional 6 year terms for senators means that up to 2/3 of incumbent Democratic and RINO senators are protected in a given election year.
There likely is not a civil solution to the problem of “The Swamp”.
The game has been arranged in such away that no single move or series of moves can make any actual difference overall.
