Very nice. Thanks for the Pics. I absolutely love the Yukon gold taters. We had some that hubby grew this year - baby roasters about 2-3 inches in diameter.
Melted butter, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, garlic, ginger in the dish and brushed all the exposed areas of the tater. Served bacon wrapped asparagus and roasted chicken. The Asparagus was a new recipe - I didn’t like it. By the time the bacon was done, the Asparagus was too done for my taste.
Yukon gold baby roasters cooked and basted in melted butter, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, garlic, ginger .... sounds like the most scrumptious potato dish ever.
