Yes, that has worked for me with hips, shoulders, and heels in the past. So far, I've not been able to figure out the back pain thing exactly, and I've been having a problem with tingling and burning of the feet and side of the thigh that is getting steadily and slowly worse.

I was thinking that the chiropractor might be able to take some x-rays and see what the problem is. It may just be that the osteoporosis in the back is getting worse - but after the parathyroidectomy, they told me that condition should get better - not worse.

I wont go into a long thing, as I could, but just suggest trying to do something to *stretch* the back. As when lying down and stretching.

Things happen, as you mentioned, when nerves get compressed as when the disks get closer together when the pads? between them are compressed — in one way or another, or shrink.

I find when I cause something to hurt, later after I did it, it takes time to get better. Less time or more time.

I’ve about had it. Things are loading too slow so I’m done here for now.
