Lets face it, this has hardly felt like summer. Now weve got the numbers to prove it.
According to the Danish Meteorology Institute (DMI), July is likely to end without a single summer day, which is defined as any day in which temperatures top 25°C (77°F) at least somewhere in Denmark.
If the next five days come and go without hitting 25°C as predicted, it will mark the first time that Danes will have suffered through a summer-less July in nearly four decades. [ ]
The warmest day thus far this month was July 19th, when an almost-yet-not-quite-there 24.6°C was recorded. There were only two days in all of June that qualified as a summer day, while May had five.

b...b...b...but ..... GLOBULL WARMING
oh right, now it’s “climate change” so they can say any variation is “dangerous”
Denmark must be experiencing such dangerous “climate change”....
The predicted cooling at both the Northern and Southern locations, due to reduced solar activity, is happening. Expect large scale silence and denial that such is happening.
Yet the globull warming freaks will say this is the warmest summer in 100,000,000,000 years.
“The Freeze is coming! The Freeze is coming!
How long will it last and how will it affect more temperate climes?
Could last a couple of decades.
Expect shorter growing seasons, longer, colder winters.
Expect the Climate Change Crowd to say it is caused by man.
Climate Change is not science, because it is always happening and is not falsifiable.
It gets colder... Climate Change.
It gets hotter... Climate Change.
It stays the same... Climate Change is coming.
Everything and nothing are all Climate Change.
Biggest scam ever.
I just typed "hottest year ever" into bing. I saw headlines declaring 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 as the "hottest year on record". I didn't see a single headline talking about 2017. You are such a liar:)
I went to Denmark for a summer two-week vacation about fifteen years ago. Beautiful cottage deal. I brought along enough charcoal to bar-b-q every single evening. About a mile from the beach (tranquil, clean, and safe). So out of fourteen days, it rained 12 of them, and the temperature only got above 75-degrees F one single day out of the whole two weeks. At one point, I had to turn on the heating system because it was so cool. That was in July time frame. I brought back most of my charcoal, and kept wondering why anyone would rent a summer house there.
Just wait until NOAA adjusts the temperature readings. In two years, this will haven the third warmest July in the history of Denmark.
Here’s how deep the scam runs: try watching any PBS science or nature show and plot the amount of time they talk about global warming/climate change/glaciers retreating. It appears the ability to get production funding is directly related to the quantity of climate change references worked into the shooting script. I’m waiting for the day Martha Stewart Cooks makes a comment about how her chicken’s egg output is affected and she can’t make a soufflé due to climate change.
Never mind the observable historical fact that without glacial retreat, life would not be possible in most of North America. Further historical fact: glaciers have advanced and retreated multiple times across geological history, the majority of that time (99% +) man and industry were nowhere on the scene.
Manmade Global Warming is a fraud. Let us proclaim that the science is now settled.
I remarked to my wife about July 23rd and 24th not exceeding 57 F this year. And she said, “Yeah, I hope it lasts.” Not a Florida person.
But is the cheese ok?
I hate cold Danishes. Best to pop them in the toaster oven for a minute or so.
It’s been chilly here in the northeast all week. It’s been in the 50s every morning so far. Normally we do not start seeing 50s at night until late August. Definitely a much cooler than normal summer overall. The whole global warming thing is a government scam designed to pick our pockets further.
Should’ve gone in June! Just spent a week there, as we’ve done for a few years now, and in the past 4 years we’ve had maybe two rain days total. OK, the water is still a bit nippy in mid-june at upper 50s °F (we always seem to be only ones in the water...). Got a little sunburned on the first day...
Never fear our great climate scientists will spread Phoenix heat our to every corner of the globe and declare July hottest ever everywhere.
