That looks like the kitchen in my husband’s family home, when his dad was getting ready to do one of his sauce runs every Summer :-)
I should be able to get two batches of salsa & hopefully have enough for one batch of just plain canned tomatoes. If I don’t have enough to go through the canning process, I’ll just freeze them. It’s rewarding when the garden starts producing, but it makes for some very busy days!
The tomato soup recipe looks really good - I need a food mill for some other recipes too & this gives me one more excuse to buy one.
