I do agree that recusal was wrong. But yes -- Levin is a commentator and has a different role than the President who actually has the authority to fire the AG.
If Trump was so disappointed in the recusal that he thinks Sessions should be fired, then he should just fire him.
I don't have a problem with Trump stating publicly, as he did to the NYT, that he thinks Sessions shouldn't have recused himself. But that should be all he said. I don't think he should be getting into a p*ssing contest on Twitter with Sessions.
