there was malice enough...
he already had his gun out and they hadn’t found any bad guys as yet...
he had itchy fingers...
oh I forgot...his gun went off accidently...
at least THREE TIMES...
theres a law against shooting people more than once...
If I got my gun out on a rape call, how is that malice? I would call that prudent police work...but not in the car.
I agree his was mishandling his gun. Not what I would do or have done, even on shots fired calls.
No law that I am aware of that states there is a minimum or maximum times you can shoot someone...
