In that video you posted in your related post, it looks like there were two main kinds of reactions -- many people were cracking up laughing about the situation, and other people were just taking off, rapidly fleeing the aisle or area they were in.

That gadget they used is like a new version of the old "Whoopee Cushions".

(There are at least four places that those kinds of noisemakers should probably never be used:   church, the library, a courtroom trial, and a funeral service.   Four places they should probably be used would include:  at boring pompous city/town council meetings, at rallies like the "pink p---y hats" rally, in Morning Joe's live studio audience, and at DNC rallies.)
