What do you mean by the Capaldi/Moffatt thing? RTD had a tone of homosexual innuendo that Moffatt dropped.
RTD had "innenudo", whereas Moffatt constantly had in your face homosexual characters telling everyone they're gay and "married" to another person of the same gender. Between the two of them, I'd take RTD anyday. At least a gay guy could write three dimensional gay characters. Moffat's "characters" were walking advertisements for leftist social policy.
