Hmmm- 6’7” and 270 pounds? Coulda done some damage. I’m sure he’s probably one of their treasured “homeless,” who have proudly been making SF a cesspool for about 50 years.

Ban all metal objects! (Sarcasm off.) Seriously, as long as laws and petty regulations keep firearms out of the hands of good people, or make it onerous for them to defend themselves, things like this (and much worse things) will keep happening.
