This is body dysmorphia (closely related to gender dysmorphia). It is a shame that such people can always find plastic surgeons who are willing to keep doing surgeries, instead of referring them to mental health professionals.

I always wonder where these people get the money to keep mutilating themselves. This guy is rather conservative in the number of plastic surgeries he’s had—I’ve heard of some plastic surgery addicts who have had over a hundred procedures.

Wow! I am glad I read the article. From the headline, I would have thought it was going to be about a member of the elitist Republican establishment who has a greater loyalty to (in order of importance): their donors, their “good friends across the aisle”, the rest of the DNC, George Soros and ANY endeavor he is engaged in, the rest of the globalist cabal, their base. BTW, to their mind, their base does NOT include conservatives (especially Reagan conservatives) who they hate, loathe, and despise and see them as obstacles to their big government Republican Progressivism as opposed to the Democrat big government Progressivism. The also consider conservatives as much deplorable and irredeemable as @HillaryClinton did and only slightly lower than Libertarians on the pond scum scale of importance.
