I think it’s either French or Spanish lavender. They are sometimes both known as “bunny ears” for those top two petals that stick up. Spanish is a little darker, though, so I’d say it’s French lavender.
Lavender is a great plant. Lots of sun, water but not too much, and it will be happy.
