One thing the media should have learned from the 2016 campaign season is that reporters really need to hit the road and do more shoe-leather journalism — get in the car and drive to places like downtown Arkansas and talk with the people who live there.
ABC News chief political analyst Matthew Dowd recently had a conversation with a Navy SEAL, and what he learned from that one talk was pretty shocking.

Well, MoDo talked to a Seal, not a real Navy SEAL. If MoDo was really knowledgable, she would have capped all the letters. Just saying.
There’s a fellow on YouTube who goes around outing people who wear military uniforms who’ve never been in the military. He usually finds them showing up at restaurants on Veteran’s Day trying to scam a discount meal. In the videos he asks them about their patches and medals - they have no idea, then he shames them.
I wonder if that was one of the guys that Dowd talked to.
Of course I believe it because it was told to Dowd by Mr./Ms. Unnamed Source who has become one of the most reliable pillars of true information since Trump became POTUS.
And also of course Dowd is one of the most reliable sources of data on Trump since he’s always been one of Trump’s biggest supporters.

The Navy Seals along with the rest of the military overwhelmingly support President Trump. I heard the numbers were as high as 90%.
Ditto with police and the Intelligence Agencies. The nonsense we hear from the filthy, lying rat media could not be further from the truth.
Who we see on TV are the political appointments, and that’s where you see the tiny decent. They represent a very small segment of the overall community. Political appointees like Comey, Brennan and Clapper do not represent the community. They only represent the Globalist politicians trying to implement their illegal and unconstitutional orders.
Matthew Dowd is a “republican” consultant who was the chief strategist for GW Bush in the 2004 campaign (my total agreement with Jesse Jackson on his one statement, “stay out of the Bushes”. He works for ABC or some such network and was on Election Night as their token “republican” Trump hater, worse than the radical Dems they had on (you can watch this on YouTube, there is not a single alternative viewpoint expressed). Anyway, he looks like Mr. Magoo and I doubt anyone in the military would ever confide an item of the most meagre strategic interest to him.
