Germany, after WW1,fell into a struggle basically between communists {antifa) and the NSDAP as to who would rule Deutschland. The Nazis proved to be more ruthless and effective in defeating the antifa scum.
The Nazis and the Communists were essentially the same, differing for the most part on whether to have a national or international agenda. One of Hitler’s early aggravations was that the Communists already had dibs on the red shirts.
They fought over their common base more than ideology. And the winner eliminated the loser once they were in a position to do so.
The Nazis were a left-wing political movement, don’t let anybody tell you otherwise.

Good post! Antifa are not anarchists, they are communists. Notice how they sprang to life when the right began to win.
