Evidence hopelessly conflicting; impossible to form an opinion whether he was killed by the police or by one of his own party. Teutonia is watching the case with much interest, and some say that if the verdict be not against the police, there will be a grand insurrection and a provisional government proclaimed in Tompkins Square.
