Agreed. Even my mother who usually defends Trump strongly disagrees with these Tweets and she complains about Morning Joe’s coverage.

Since your mother watches morning Joe she isn’t his target. I don’t know that they have hundreds of thousands of people who care about their opinion. Trump just labeled them for 30 million people at least. Try and keep up
Twitter is exactly the place for these sorts of comments. A president doesn't insert this sort of retort into a State of the Union speech, or prime-time TV address... but he is perfectly welcome to use silly things like Twitter as far as I'm concerned.
Twitter isn't exactly a serious, noble record of anything... it's just a bunch of very short chatter... much of which is vile, ugly comments directed at him and his family.
If "celebrities" want to use public airwaves and all their other public forums to launch attacks against our president, then I don't mind one bit if he uses the most trivial forum of them all, Twitter, to lob a few barbs back at them once in a while.
Twitter was designed exactly for this sort of no-holds-barred activity.
