A mall in San Francisco briefly went on lockdown after a brawl erupted Sunday, leaving one officer injured.
Video of the event showed officers trying to stop the fights breaking out at the mall on Sunday night. Many people were seen running from the mall, which ultimately closed early.

Slavery was our first try at diversity. Two hundred years later it’s still problematic. How about we wait till the African-Americans integrate into just Americans before we import more Muslims?

Off topic a bit, but there’s a web site about old shopping malls which have closed or been torn down.
I checked some of the stories of the closed malls, and learned that a number of them closed due to changing neighborhoods, and critical numbers of disaffected “youth” who were visiting those malls. The presence of these “youth” scared off legitimate shoppers, and the malls reached a point where stores started closing, anchor stores pulled out, sales declined as shopper traffic declined, which in turn forced more stores to go out of business.......
It becomes a vicious cycle. If a mall gets a bad reputation, the handwriting is on the wall, and eventually it will go under. That seems to be borne out by the history of malls.
