And answer is, even smaller processors running on even less power which will last longer.
Your phone will take longer to drain the battery (except most power is used illuminating the display so it won’t really) and will generate less heat.

What is this about and why should we care? This is the next stage of miniaturization of electronics. "7 nm" = 7 nanometers = around 35 atoms wide. That's pretty small.
