Please post to the open forum. I have no time for noob trolls.

Please be assured that I read the entire article. I posed a very simple and logical question: what is the article about (that causes it to be posted in news forum of FR) and why should we be concerned about it.

Instead of addressing either of those points you respond by indicating I am new to FR (I guess more than 10 years isnt enough time before one can ask a question and get a respectful and intelligent reply) and that I should share my background, a response that is totally irrelevant to my question. Apparently if I worked at the manure plant I wouldnt qualify for a response. As it happens I have graduate degrees and a doctorate, not that my education is relevant whatsoever to either my question or your non response.

P.S. No one cares about your education.
