I watched Johnny Hendricks wrestle in college a dozen times. I watched him destroy a number of opponents but was shocked to see him tech fall Matt Pell at 165. I talked to one of the Asst coaches and found out for starters he was benching 360.
Lately it looks like Hendricks has been benching himself while shoving fried food and gravy down his gullet.
He goes up 15 pounds to the next weight class and STILL misses weight?!? Wow!
